A site of great importance for the transit and resting of birds of prey along spring migration routes, the Conero promontory hosts rare species of nesting birds, such as the peregrine falcon or the pallid swift, on its imposing rocky cliffs overlooking the sea.

Numerous stables and equestrian centers located on the edges of the Natural Park organize guided outings along the promontory's dirt trails. Riding under the shade of holm oak and Aleppo pine forests allows you to distance yourself from the more crowded areas, quietly reaching isolated clearings that suddenly open up to the blue of the Adriatic.
