Booking conditions:
- Rates per room per day with breakfast

- Special rates available for corporate and business stays during the winter period
- Sorry, pets are not allowed
- In case of early departure, the entire stay booked at confirmation will be charged
- In case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded
- Cold meals at lunch € 15 with drink included. Hotel guests only.
- Check-in from 14:00 to 20:00 | check-out at 10:00 (arrivals outside these hours must be communicated)
- Daily room cleaning will be performed if the room is vacated by 11:00
- Buffet breakfast served on the panoramic terrace from 8:00 to 10:00
- Departure times for the shuttle service to the partner beach: 9:15, 10:00, 10:45

- Minibus transfer + private beach at "Silvio" (S. Michele-Sassi Neri) available on request
- In mid and high season minimum stays of 7 nights are accepted
